This week Friday November 7th is a 12:00pm dismissal. The extra curricular activities will follow the same schedule as the last two weeks of October. Please encourage your child, children who are participating to be on their best behavior and respectful to the instructors during their sessions.
If you have received any invoices for any outstanding breakfast/lunch, Tag Day or After-School Activities payments due, please send the payment into school in an envelope with your child's name, grade, amount and what the payment is for. Please try to enclose exact change.
If you still have any World's Finest Chocolate money outstanding, please send it in as soon as possible.
Extra Pizza slice money for Thursday November 6th will be collected this week by Wednesday November 5th ONLY. No money will be accepted after Wednesday.
Thursday November 6th is colors of Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Cuba flags. Tag Day dress policy will be in effect. No torn, distressed or inappropriate wording on any clothing. No crocs, clogs or slippers can be worn. Donation $2.00.
Please check your child's teacher's web page to check the dates and times of their extra help classes after school. If students are not picked up on time after extra help, they will be placed in Aftercare. If you will be late, please call the school office.
We discourage early dismissal from school, but if your need to pick your child up, please contact the office before hand so your child can be ready when you arrive.
Picture day this year will be done by 7M Photographs on Wednesday November 5, 2025. Envelopes have been distributed. Sunday Best clothing. Cash or money order are the acceptable forms of payment for pictures. No checks or credit cards or online orders.

Wednesday November 5, 2025 is our PIcture Day. 7M Photography is the company who will be taking our pictures this year. .
Picture envelopes were distributed to each student. The money with exact change or money order must be enclosed in the envelope attached to the picture form.
No online orders or checks will be accepted.
Students are to dress in Sunday best. or if you wish a picture in school uniform.
All picture money must be turned in Wednesday November 5, 2025.
