Good Evening Saint Joseph School Community,
I continue to pray that all are well and safe. Thank you to my school community in helping me to celebrate my birthday Sunday September 21. Special intention prayers are asked for members of our school community.
This week is a full week of school. All first day packets, including emergency cards front and back to be signed by parents/guardians, are due back Monday September 22, 2025. Lunch applications are also due from each family. Letters of determination detailing if your child will be free, reduced, or full price; will be sent home by Friday September 26, 2025 to those families who returned their lunch application. One application per family. Families who do not return the lunch application will be designated as full price for any meal your child may take daily. Billing for breakfast and lunch will begin October 1st for those who are designated as full price.
September tuition accounts with 15th of the month due dates have 4 days remaining to submit payment. All payments must be made through your online Blackbaud Tuition account. If you have issues with your login or submitting a payment, please call 1(888)868-8828 for assistance. Educational services will be suspended as of September 26th for non-payment.
PreK-4 through 8th Grade students must be in the proper uniform each day. Please make sure you have checked your child's class page for set gym days.
We still have donated uniform items available. You may stop by between the hours of 8am to 4pm.
After-Care attendees must have a completed registration form on file with the Main Office. As a reminder parents, any student who is not picked up by 3:00pm will be place into After-Care at the the charge of $30.00 per day.
Parents we ask all families to please comply with the NO SEAFOOD, NO PEANUT BUTTER to be sent in with as part of your child's lunch meal. Seafood restriction includes any form of fish and shellfish such as shrimp. We have several students and staff within our school community who are severely allergic and administration asks for full cooperation in regards to this matter.
Money for pizza and tag day must be sent in separate envelopes. Extra Pizza money $2.00 per each additional slice and Tag Day fee of $2.00, must be sent into school on Thursdays only. Money for pizza will not be accepted on Fridays.
Tag Day theme for this Thursday, September 25th, is Crazy Socks.
Thursday September 25th beginning at 6:00pm sharp there will be a mandatory parent meeting for 3rd through 8th grade, girls or boys, who are interested in trying out for the basketball team. Student must be in attendance with parent in order to be eligible to tryout. Parent or guardian who is unable to attend must email Ms. Cavaness the name of the adult 18 years of age and over who will represent your family.
The Fall Catalog Fundraiser ends October 3, 2025.

Parent Association has available spots for class parent representatives. Anyone who is interested is asked to please contact the Main Office.
