Participation on the basketball team is a privilege. Students are expected to demonstrate responsibility, respect, and good sportsmanship at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the team.

Academic Expectations

• Students must maintain satisfactory academic grades in all classes.

• Homework must be completed fully and turned in on time.

• Falling asleep during class, Mass, or prayer services is not permitted.

• Students must come to school prepared and ready to learn each day.

Behavior & Conduct

• Students must show respect to teachers, administrators, coaches, staff, teammates, and referees at all times.

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any student will not be tolerated.

• Profanity, inappropriate language, or gestures are prohibited.

• Fighting or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the team. 

Team Responsibilities

• Students must attend all practices, games, and team events unless excused by a coach or administration.

• Students must arrive on time and be properly dressed for all practices and games.

• Players are expected to give their best effort, follow coaching instructions, and work as a team.

• Unsportsmanlike conduct during practices or games will not be tolerated.

School & Community Representation

• Players represent the school both on and off the court and are expected to behave accordingly.

• Any disciplinary referrals during the season may result in suspension or removal from the team.

• Damage to school property or misuse of equipment will result in consequences.
